Terms of Use

The rules for using DinkPro, in plain words. By using DinkPro you agree to them.

Who we are

DinkPro (www.dinkpro.app) is made by a small team. You can meet the team. In these terms "we" and "us" means the DinkPro team. Questions go to kimex1989@gmail.com.

The service

• DinkPro is free to use. Running open play needs no account.
• Sessions are saved on the device running DinkPro. Clearing the browser or losing the device can erase them, so use the backup export for anything you want to keep.
• We may add, change or remove features, and the online parts of DinkPro may sometimes be unavailable.

Player accounts

• Player accounts are for people 13 and older.
• One account per person. Do not share your account, use someone else's, or keep a second one.
• Use a real email you control and keep your sign-in codes to yourself.
• Your username and photo must not pretend to be someone else or be offensive.

Hosts

If you run a session or tournament, you are responsible for:

• who you add, check in and verify, and making sure they are happy to have their name, photo and results shown on courts, phones and the big screen;
• having the right to use any logo, sponsor artwork or photo you add;
• entering results honestly.

Acceptable use

Do not use DinkPro to:

• fake results, ratings or check-ins, or play under another person's account;
• harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, or post content that is unlawful, hateful or sexual;
• break into accounts or systems, get around limits, or overload the service;
• copy other players' information in bulk.

Your content and photos

Names, photos, logos, feedback and results you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy, show and send them only as needed to run DinkPro, for example to show your photo to the host who verifies you and on the boards of sessions you play in. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies others already hold, such as results saved on a player's phone. See our privacy policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.

Ratings

The DinkPro Player Rating (DPR), ranks, XP and skill titles are DinkPro's own. They are not DUPR or any official rating, and DinkPro is not affiliated with DUPR, USA Pickleball or the Philippine Pickleball Federation. We may recalculate, correct or reset ratings and records to fix mistakes or cheating.

Playing safely

Pickleball is a physical sport. Play within your limits. Health tips shown in DinkPro are general advice, not medical advice.

Suspension and ending

We may limit or remove an account or content that breaks these terms. You can stop using DinkPro at any time and ask us to delete your player account by emailing kimex1989@gmail.com.

No warranty

DinkPro is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost results, or any indirect loss from using DinkPro. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed, such as the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Using DinkPro after a change means you accept the new terms.
